Homegrown: Jett Stone
Whether hes willing to admit it or not this Manhattan resident is originally from the Chicago area. Coming from a time and a high school that bred more white boy rappers than anyone cared to listen to its refreshing to know there is still some folk coming from home. Although he is in tight with the HGH crew I wouldn't post this if I didn't think it was well deserved. Give him a listen, its a bit on the soft side but still a jam.

p.s. I think that's Neil from Duke's Hideaway in the background of this pic...remember when he came out and jammed with Chris Denny? take a closer look here

Wow, this is a blast from the past, I saw Jett's band AHAB in Ann Arbor during college. Nice to see he is still giving the music world a college try. I had one question maybe someone can answer it, Jett used to wear this Dom Woog T-shirt on stage, he wore it like 4 or 5 times, what did that mean, was it an inside joke or something. I always got a kick out of it.
