Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Fest

Anyone else out there gonna be there? Im rollin solo so track me down if you're in attendance. Im curious how the 3 stages are going to work at this thing. Get there early, dont want to miss Sexfist or Chicago Farmer. I couldnt be happier about Dr. Dog closing out the night on the Main Stage, Id better pace myself.

Out of the Silence: Emmit-Nershi Band, Chicago Farmer

Its been a week of radio silence, not sure if its the holidays, the weather or what, but we've hit a lull. Jim must be getting ready for his trip down to S.A. and I'm not sure what exactly my excuse is. Anyway, getting pumped to hit Bluegrass and Blues Fest at Congrtess this Saturday. 11am - midnight I'll be stomping my feet, and snapping away a few photos. I've just started digging into the lineup and I gotta say Im excited about not knowing most of these bands. Here are a few tracks I've been groovin'

Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Fest

I just snagged tickets to this. Can't really beat 25 bands for 35 bucks, Its worth it in my mind just to see Béla Fleck and Dr. Dog. Everything else is bonus. Check out the lineup:
