After some deliberation at HGH headquarters I gotta give the nod this week to Rilo Kiley lead singer, Jenny Lewis. The fact that she was in The Wizard and had a small role on Mr. Belvedere admittedly helped put her over the top this week, but I also had to give it to her after getting a chance to catch Rilo Kiley at Bonnaroo last summer.
